HCP RESOURCES |
We
are a highly skilled, experienced group of Registered Dietitians
committed to providing our clients with cost-effective quality
nutrition care. Our Dietitians have a wide range of expertise
and can meet your needs for clinical care, project management,
program development, and other services. We understand the importance
of collaborating with physicians, management, and other health
care providers, and will make it a priority to work within your
organization as a team player.
HCP Resources was started
fifteen years ago to provide consulting services to regional and
national manufacturing companies, provide consultative services
for program development and temporary staffing and assist organizations
with developing resource publications for professionals. Opportunities
from word of mouth referrals led to contracts to provide Registered
Dietitian staffing services for hospitals, physician practices,
clinics and home care agencies in Northern California. |

Carol
Capozza, RD, MS, NCSF-CPT is a Registered Dietitian and
a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience
working in private practice, consulting, hospitals, clinics, home
care, managed care organizations and in sales in a variety of
capacities. She has co-authored many articles and has served as
a speaker at conferences across the country. She has a bachelor's
degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, a master's degree
in Nutrition from the University of New Haven in West Haven, CT
and completed her internship in Boston, MA. |

Margaret Davis,
RD, MBA has been a Registered Dietitian since 1977 and has worked
extensively in treating the nutritional needs of HIV patients
since 1992. Her undergraduate degree was completed in Dietetics
at the University of California, Davis in 1976. She went on
to do her training to become a dietitian at Sutter Community
Hospitals in Sacramento, CA, where she also first worked as
a clinical dietitian. She then completed a Master’s degree
in Business Administration (MBA) in 1982 from California State
University, Sacramento.
Her initial interest in dealing with
HIV/AIDS came as a result of the loss of her oldest brother
in 1987 to this disease and subsequently many friends and patients.
She has worked in physician offices, clinics, home care and
other clinic settings and has also participated in community-based
research relating to changes in body composition seen in HIV/AIDS.
Margaret has lectured throughout the country on various topics
relating to the treatment of HIV disease with a strong focus
on nutrition as part of the medical treatment plan.

Elaine Rodgers,
RD, CSR, CNSD is a Registered Dietitian with over twenty years
of experience. She has a bachelor's degree in nutrition and
specialization certifications in renal nutrition from the American
Dietetic Association and in nutrition support from the the American
Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She received her
Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley,
where she also completed a coordinated internship program.
Elaine has worked in acute care, home
care, long term care, renal clinic, private practice clinic,
and pharmacy settings. She enjoys clinical work and has a working
knowledge of Medicare B nutrition support billing.
Wanda Siu-Chan,
MS, RD, CDE is a Registered Dietitian and certified diabetes
educator. She has over 10 years of experience working in hospitals,
clinics, and other health care settings - providing nutrition
and diabetes self-management training to patients and clients.
Additionally, she previously held positions as a dietetics and
nutrition lecturer at San Francisco State University and as
the health program development manager at Caresoft, Inc.. Wanda
has held numerous leadership positions at the local and state
level for the American Dietetic Association. She received her
B.S. in Clinical Dietetics from the University of California,
Berkeley, and her M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University
of New Haven. Wanda is committed to providing quality health
care for her clients and to advancing the field of dietetics
through mentoring and volunteering.
