clinical staffing study, review the quality improvement program
and provide staff education to enhance quality clinical and financial
outcomes. HCP Resources, Inc. successfully provided findings to
support the need for additional clinical staffing at all sites,
assisted in a successful Joint Commission Accreditation of Hospital
Organizations (JCAHO) and implemented a peer review system.

coverage for an extended 6 week registered dietitian absence
for 7 day week coverage. The hospital, skilled nursing facilities
